Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Please note: We do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order items, innerwear, or sale/clearance products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Note: Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for size issues or if the item received is defective/damaged. Please follow the same process as the return and mention the size you would like to exchange with.
